Expertise And Experience
Kelly Herrin was admitted to the Georgia bar in 1997, after receiving her law degree from the University of Georgia, where she served on the Managing Board for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. She also served as the secretary/treasurer of the Mock Trial Board. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, with highest honors, from the Georgia Tech Institute of Technology, where she was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority and served as a Solid Gold hostess for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. After receiving her law degree, Kelly practiced for 9 years in the areas of general civil litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage, and subrogation. She has represented clients in trials and on appeal in the Georgia Court of Appeals. In 2007, she joined Thompson Law Group, LLC. She is presently active in all areas of the firm’s practice.
