In addition to his estate planning practice, John represents clients in surety, construction, and other business-related matters. Mike Egan is Of Counsel with the firm. Throughout his practice, Mike has extensively represented sureties in payment and performance bond disputes and general contractors concerning public and private projects. He has also represented public owners in construction disputes, including Georgia cities, counties and the Georgia DOT. A significant part of his practice also included counseling construction product manufacturers.
