Kelley Herrin

Kelley Herrin concentrates her practice in surety and bond law and construction-related disputes. She represents surety companies in performance and payment bond matters and advises contractors and project stakeholders across Georgia. Many of her client relationships span years, with ongoing representation grounded in familiarity with operations and risk exposure.

John D. Alexander

John D. Alexander focuses his practice on estate planning and civil litigation. He advises individuals and families throughout Georgia on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and related planning matters, with an emphasis on practical, long-term planning tailored to each client’s needs and goals. In addition to his estate planning practice, John represents clients in surety, construction, and other business-related matters. His litigation experience provides valuable insight into how disputes arise and helps inform the practical planning strategies he develops for estate planning clients. Clients often return to John as their families, businesses, and financial circumstances evolve, valuing continuity, direct attorney involvement, and long-term professional relationships.

John Alves

John Alves handles civil litigation matters accepted on a selective basis. His work reflects careful case assessment and steady advocacy, consistent with the firm’s broader commitment to measured representation.

Amanda A. Brown

Amanda A. Brown focuses on probate and estate administration. She assists clients with post-death proceedings and supports estate planning implementation with organized oversight and clear communication.

Mike Egan

Mike Egan is Of Counsel with the firm. Throughout his practice, Mike has extensively represented sureties in payment and performance bond disputes and general contractors concerning public and private projects. He has also represented public owners in construction disputes, including Georgia cities, counties and the Georgia DOT. A significant part of his practice also included counseling construction product manufacturers.
